First of all, words cannot describe just how stoked I am to be in Half Past Two. Music is my life, and I am SO excited that I get to share my love for it with all of you!
I must admit, I find it a bit intimidating to be part of a band that is so talent filled, not to mention it's a bit scary to swoop in as the new lead singer of a band that is already as established as HP2. Though I have big shoes to fill, I'm here to help bring you the songs and sound you love. I hope to do all of you HP2 fans proud and perhaps one day win your affections as Tara did before me.
Here is a tiny bit of background on me:
I am the product of two musicians who met in a band and fell in love when they were teenagers. I'm the youngest of 5 kids. Though I enjoy being girly on the outside, i'm a geeky tom boy at heart. I LOVE: HOCKEY, nature, the east coast, midnight showings of movies, fishing, webcam chatting, all things fantasy, video games, photo booths, Taco Tuesdays at El Torito, Yogurtland and sushi....and well just food/desserts in general. I don't know how good I am at what I do, but I do know that I put all of my heart into what I play and I hope that others can feel that. I still feel this is my best performance to date:
